Welcome to the Backup Plan! This board is meant as an alternative to the
daily crashing and unpredictability of our regular boards. Most of us originated from Wendy Williams message board (WWE) thewendywilliamsexperience.com or Arties Party(AP) Arthurjevans.com forum. Everyone come in and have fun. Make your self at home. I would love to keep the same free open nature of previous boards however there are some rules of etiquette that need to be followed.

1) No promotion of pornographic sites! The supplier of this site does not

allow the blatant transmittal of pornography. So you can't just post Porn

links to your site and nothing else. Adult links do come up from time to

time but you cannot advertise pornographic material on the site.

2) No posting of Graphically offensive images within, embedded in posts. NOT JUST PORN!! If anything of an Adult explicit nature or violently graphic, shocking is posted as a topic or news item it must be posted as the raw HTTP:\\... link. It must also have a clear warning on the post such as "NSFW, NWS, Adults Only, etc. Unfortunately some people are accessing the board from work and it is just common courtesy to give people a warning.

3) Trolls Are not allowed! A troll being someone that creates multiple
handles to create excitement and drama around themselves and their threads.

4) No RACISTS ALLOWED!!! Everyone is entitled to an opinion, however
previous Trolls and Multiple Personalities (MP's) have joined our
message boards with the specific intent to belittle the majority of posters
based upon their race.

5) Do not Flood the board with the creation of threads! Please be considerate and do not repeatedly create numerous threads in a what may be considered a very short period of time. This may annoy others who are trying to read the existing posts. This rule is open to interpretation however. Hopefully a happy medium can be obtained.

6) Please note that you cannot post NSFW material in your siggys or AVI's! It is unfair to other board members, they cannot avoid and explicit AVi or Siggy like they can a thread that is clearly labeled "NWS OR NSFW". Sexxy Siggys are Ok. But no explicit material showing genitalia, showing genitalia in action or too that extreme is allowed! Sorry! I would appreciate your cooperation with complying with this and all rules of the board. I don't think that I have a lot of rules and I am also a pretty easy going individual.

7) DO NOT CREATE A NEW THREAD BITCHING ABOUT YOUR THREAD BEING MOVED, RENAMED, LOCKED, DELETED ETC. DOING SO AND ALSO INSULTING ME OR THE MODERATORS, ABOUT/WHEN WE ARE DOING OUR JOB WILL RESULT IN YOUR THREADS BEING LOCKED AND OR DELETED! PLEASE PM THE MOD AND TRY TO WORK IT OUT WITH THEM DIRECTLY AND IF ALL ELSE FAILS PM OR EMAIL ME. ANYONE DIRECTLY TESTING THIS RULE IS OPEN FOR WHATEVER FORM OF PROGRESSIVE BOARD DISCIPLINE AS SEEN FIT! RESPECT THE STAFF PLEASE!

8) No Jacking of members pics and posting it against them!



9) DO NO CREATE THREADS THAT REFER TO FORMER BANNED BOARD MEMBERS. DO NOT PROMOTE AND OR POST LINKS OR THREADS/POSTS THAT CONTAINING INFORMATION OF HATE AGAINST PLAN B BY THESE FORMER MEMBERS!


I want for all board members regardless of what they look like fat, slim, ugly, pretty or undefineable to be able to post their pics without fear of it being posted by another member in a malicious manner. Nobody is allowed to save a members pic, photoshop it and then post it back on the board to ridicule them.

Please try to get their permission to repost their pic as most of them don't want folks popping there pic out. Please be advised however that a member may request a moderator to remove their pic from another person's post at any time and that request will be honored. the only case in which the photoshopping of pics and their being posted is allowed is if the individual whose pic is being photoshopped either requests for their pic to be photoshopped. As this tool can be used for good. Or if a member gives another member public permission to clown their pic. If there is any other Situation a mod on duty may take actions as they see fit. They will to maintain the security of posters knowing their pics will not be altered for the sake of fun. If a pic is taken from outside of this board and it's a pic that we know is that of a board member the same guidelines apply as if it was posted on this board. People will not be intimidated from posting pics if they want to!

Other miscellaneous understood rules.

Not everything can be in the rules. I try not to restrict what you guys post within reason. However there are times that some things are just classless and stupid!

E-fight cyber punch all of that. but there is a fine line between that and harrassment.

Basically If the mods tell you that something is classless and should be deaded then take it under strong advisement. If I tell you, DEAD IT! We will begin locking stupid threads. For example Something that was asked and answered numerous times already or something that is addressed or should be addressed in the support area will be locked! These threads are counter productive in the main forum. If you don't want to take the time to get proper support don't bring it in the main forum.
